Capsignal is a technical platform designed to help turn fundraising noise into clear signals by making fund readiness and mandate context visible. We act solely as a filtering and signaling layer for publishing fundraising information and facilitating communication between startup founders and venture capital funds.

We do NOT source deals, structure or validate terms, make investment decisions, or provide investment recommendations. Final judgment always stays with the fund or investor.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Capsignal only for its intended purpose. You will not submit false or misleading information, attempt to disrupt the platform's operation, or use the service for any illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

The Capsignal platform, including its design, code, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to your profile or deal rooms, but you grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve the service according to our Privacy Policy.

The information provided on Capsignal does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. We do not endorse any startup, fund, or investment opportunity. All investments carry risk, and users are entirely responsible for their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capsignal and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, your interactions with other users, or any investments made or not made.
